*Any order containing jewelry items will need a be verified by phone. We must speak to the person who is on the name of the credit card or paypal account used to purchase the item, and the item will be shipped requiring a signature from the customer. Any jewelry returns will be subject to a inspection and restocking fee of 10% of the value with a minimum of $25.

During processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel the order via Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have changed your mind about an order and it is too late to cancel, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with the Return Policy.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at www.smokinjoes.com you have 30 days from the day of purchase.
Please contact Customer Service via email at Contactus@smokinjoe.com to initiate the return/exchange process. In some instances, you may be required to pay shipping costs.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To insure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
