Who Can Enter:

1. Anyone can enter except those parties listed in Part 2 of the Who Can Enter section.

2. Employees and Owners of Joseph M. Anderson dba Smokin Joes®, NF Hotel LLC dba Quality Hotel and Suites®/Legends Bar & Grill, Main Street Hospitality Holdings LLC dba Rodeway Inn, SJ Anderson Graphics and Embroidery LLC dba Native Stitches®, SJ Cigars LLC, Native American Technical Services, Snow Park LLC, contest sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win.

Entry:

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Qualified entrants may enter one time per day, unless specified otherwise.

2. Joseph M. Anderson dba Smokin Joes and any related companies are not responsible for any entries lost, illegible, or not received due to device (WinBin®) system failure.

3. Entries that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, found to violate Part 1 of the Entry Section, or from ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined by Management to be fraudulent will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in that contest.

4. Management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest. The decisions of Management shall be final. Entry into the contests constitutes agreement by contestant to abide by these rules.

Winning:

1. The drawing for the car will take place at 11:30 AM, October 31, 2009. Contestants must be present or listening to 97 Rock® (96.9 FM on the radio dial) beginning at 11:00AM on October 31, 2009 to hear the winning name announced. The winner will be drawn at 11:30am. The winner will have 30 minutes from the first time their name is announced to claim their prize. They may claim their prize by:

(A) Making their physical presence known to the official drawing the name, or

(B) Call in to Smokin Joes at 297-0251 ext 396 within 30 minutes of the name being announced.

If the winning contestant does not claim their prize within 30 minutes of the winning name being announced, that person will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected and announced. Each announced winner will have 30 minutes from the first time their name is announced to call the station and claim their Prize or make their presence known to the official drawing the names at the actual drawing site. Only the person whose name is announced may call in to claim the Prize; no substitutions.

2. Contestants do not have to be present at the drawing for prizes with a retail value of $500 or lower.

a. Winning name and draw date will be posted at the site of the drawing, and all prizes with a retail value of $500 or lower must be picked up at the Customer Service Desk for the location where the drawing took place, during normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Prizes will not be mailed.

b. Prizes with a cash or retail value of $500 or lower will be held for the winner until 5:00 PM on Friday the week following the contest drawing.

If the winner does not claim their prize by 5:00 PM on Friday the week following the contest drawing they forfeit their prize.

Prize(s):

1. Prizes will be released to winners only. Winners are required to present a valid photo ID and social security number in order to pick up any prize.

2. ALL winners are required to sign a Winner™s Release relieving the owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents of Joseph M. Anderson dba Smokin Joes®, NF Hotel LLC dba Quality Hotel and Suites®/Legends Bar & Grill, Main Street Hospitality Holdings LLC dba Rodeway Inn, SJ Anderson Graphics and Embroidery LLC dba Native Stitches®, SJ Cigars LLC, Native American Technical Services, Snow Park LLC, affiliated companies, and contest sponsors from any and all liability with respect to the receipt and/or use of the prize. Any person who refuses to sign the Release will forfeit the contest prize.

3. By participating in this contest, each contestant hereby consents to Joseph M. Anderson dba Smokin Joes®, NF Hotel LLC dba Quality Hotel and Suites®/Legends Bar & Grill, Main Street Hospitality Holdings LLC dba Rodeway Inn, SJ Anderson Graphics and Embroidery LLC dba Native Stitches®, SJ Cigars LLC, Native American Technical Services, Snow Park LLC, and contestant sponsors using the contestant's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, his/her participation in the contest, for advertising and promotional purposes. Contestant agrees that no additional compensation will be paid for such usage.

4. Management reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for all contests and giveaways. Non-Cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes, including income tax on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize. Contest sponsor will be responsible for state and local sales tax for event tickets given as prizes that specifically state on the ticket that taxes are included in the value of the ticket.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous:

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct and/or eligible entries received and the number of winners allowed for the particular type of contest being run.

2. The number of winners allowed for each contest are posted above.

3. Contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and are void where prohibited. owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents of Joseph M. Anderson dba Smokin Joes®, NF Hotel LLC dba Quality Hotel and Suites®/Legends Bar & Grill, Main Street Hospitality Holdings LLC dba Rodeway Inn, SJ Anderson Graphics and Embroidery LLC dba Native Stitches®, SJ Cigars LLC, Native American Technical Services, Snow Park LLC, affiliated companies, contest sponsors, and advertising and promotion agencies accept no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from

(a) participation in the contest and/or
(b) the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

4. Management reserves the right to change, alter or modify these rules at any time with or without written notice. These are general contest rules, and rules for individual contests may vary. To the extent that any individual contest rules differ from the rules set forth herein, the individual contest rules will govern and control.

5. Management reserves the right to end or stop any contest at any time and for any reason.
